Two Hopkinsville High School athletes, Keyshun Teal and Savior Davis, set new indoor school records at the Kentucky Track and Cross Country Coaches Association President's Day Weekend Invite in Louisville. Teal broke his own record in the 55-meter hurdles, while Davis set a new mark in the 800 meters.
Why it matters
The President's Day Invite is the largest high school indoor track meet in Kentucky, so setting school records at this prestigious event is a significant accomplishment for the Hoptown athletes. The details

Other Hoptown athletes, including Sophomore Willie Ennels in the 55-meter dash and 200 meters, also had strong showings but fell just short of school records.
