The 2026 Boys' All-2nd Region Basketball Team was announced on Monday between semifinal games in the regional tournament. The team is composed of 15 players from schools across the 2nd Region, including Nolan Coffman and Bray Kirk of Lyon County, Xavion Johnson and Amare Stewart of Henderson County, and players from Caldwell County, Fort Campbell, Hopkinsville, Webster County, Hopkins County Central, Union County, University Heights Academy, Dawson Springs, Christian County, and Livingston Central.
