O'Reilly is survived by eight children, including Theresa Wajda of Florida, Ella O'Reilly of Louisville, Christine Roncaglione of Cincinnati, Gregory O'Reilly of Henderson, Tennessee, Elizabeth Schweitzer of Louisville, Michael O'Reilly of Hardinsburg, Jennifer Schumann and Ashley Griffin, both of Iowa, as well as a brother, Paul O'Reilly.
