The 2026 Athletic Directors Association Girls' All-2nd Region Basketball Team was announced between games of Friday's regional semifinals in Mortons Gap, Kentucky. The team is voted on by head coaches and is based on regular-season play. Players selected include standouts from Crittenden County, Hopkins County Central, Lyon County, Henderson County, Christian County, Caldwell County, Trigg County, and Madisonville-North Hopkins.
