The TCCHS Band is raising funds to host the Kelsey Dunn Memorial Solo and Ensemble Festival and Competition, an event honoring a late TCCHS graduate and Kentucky band director who passed away at just 28 years old. The festival will give Todd County students the chance to showcase their musical talents and receive feedback from experienced judges.
