The Rotary Club of Elkton hosted its annual Rotary Speech Contest at Todd County Central High School, where ten students took the stage to deliver original speeches on how serving others creates lasting happiness. Aleycia Osborne claimed first place and will advance to the Regional Rotary Speech Contest, while Za'Miah King and Anna Mallory took second and third place respectively.
