Kentucky State Police Post 4 in Elizabethtown is participating in Operation C.A.R.E. (Crash Awareness and Reduction Effort) through Tuesday, joining law enforcement agencies across the nation in a coordinated effort to improve roadway safety and reduce preventable crashes during the spring break travel season.
