Daniel Wayne Doench, a 69-year-old resident of Cadiz, Kentucky, passed away on March 3, 2026, at Murray Calloway County Hospital. Doench was a longtime member of the Linton Methodist Church and the owner of a local heating and air conditioning business. He is survived by his wife, children, grandchildren, and other family members.

The details

Doench began his career at AC Tilly for six years and then at Booneville Natural Gas for six years before moving to Cadiz in 1994 and starting his own business, Quality Heating and AC. He was also a volunteer fireman with the Linton Volunteer Fire Department and an avid fisherman. Doench is survived by his wife of 42 years, Kathy Doench, as well as his mother, daughters, son, siblings, and grandchildren.
