Specialty Vehicle Engineering (SVE) has unveiled a 1,564 horsepower version of the Corvette E-Ray, dubbed the Yenko/SC Corvette E-Ray. The tuned hybrid Corvette features a heavily modified 6.2-liter LT2 V8 engine with forged internals and twin Garrett turbochargers to produce the massive power output when running on E85 fuel. SVE will build only 50 units of this limited-edition model.

The real power comes from the twin Garrett 58mm ceramic ball bearing, water-cooled turbochargers. Fuel delivery is also upgraded on both the high and low pressure sides, and SVE installs a Stage III 8/9 dual-clutch transmission to handle the immense torque.
