Mokas Coffee & Eatery, a Kansas-based restaurant chain, is opening its third location in Wichita, Kansas next week. The new restaurant will be located at 3851 N. Ridge Road and feature a drive-through window. Mokas, which serves coffee, espresso drinks, smoothies, pastries, sandwiches, wraps, soups and salads, has been rapidly expanding in the Wichita area, with plans to open another location near Central and Oliver next spring.

The details

The new Mokas location at 37th and Ridge Road will open on Wednesday, April 15, 2026. It will have the same hours as Wichita's other two Mokas restaurants: 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Mondays through Saturdays and 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sundays. Mokas has already announced plans for a fourth Wichita location near Central and Oliver, set to open next spring. The company also intends to open one new Wichita-area restaurant each year for the next three years, both within the city limits and in adjacent communities.
