The Riley County Police Department (RCPD) arrested two Manhattan residents, LaShenna Dye and DeShell Patterson, following the execution of a search warrant that led to numerous drug-related charges, including possession of opiates, distribution of fentanyl and heroin, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
