Search crews are continuing efforts to locate the driver, identified as 82-year-old James Petty. In the Lawrence County incident, the bodies of 21-year-old Kasee Allman and 35-year-old Jesse Brock were recovered inside their pickup truck, which was found in about 8 feet of floodwater along the East Fork of the White River. Authorities used cellphone data, sonar, divers, and drones to locate the vehicle.
