The details

On Saturday, Indiana State Police arrested Dalton Atkis, 18, of Martinsville on charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, operating a vehicle while intoxicated with endangerment, and possession of a controlled substance. He was released on a $5,000 bond. Also on Saturday, Washington Police arrested Kyle Smith, 44, of Petersburg on a charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a controlled substance. He was released on a $5,000 bond. And on Sunday, Daviess County Sheriff's Deputies arrested Keyshaun Lee Alchesay, 23, of Odon on a charge of battery. He remains in the Security Center on a $10,000 bond.
