“Pratt Industries' 'close-the-loop' system will recycle a portion of the cardboard and 100 percent of the mixed paper generated from WM's Indianapolis Recycling Facility and convert these recyclables into 100 percent recycled packaging. Pratt is also supportive of including paper cups as an acceptable item for the City of Indianapolis, and paper cups will be recycled in the mixed paper bales.”
