Indiana Seeks Public Input on Statewide Water Management Plan

The Indiana Department of Natural Resources will host a series of public workshops across the state to gather input on a new statewide water inventory and management plan. The workshops aim to support the development of a framework for regional water planning and the creation of an online data platform. Indiana residents can also provide feedback on the management plan by emailing the Natural Resources division.

  • The first three in-person workshops will be held this month from 1-4 p.m. on February 16, February 24, and February 26.
  • Two additional in-person workshops will be held in April on April 7 and April 16.
  • The final in-person workshop will be held on May 12 from 1-4 p.m.
  • A virtual workshop will be held in May at a time to be determined.
