Ivy Tech Community College is hosting an Information Open House for the Johnson County Advanced Manufacturing Program (JC-AMP) on February 26th at its Franklin campus. The event will allow attendees to explore academic programs, career pathways, meet faculty and industry partners, and learn about the cost-saving benefits of the program.

The JC-AMP program provides an affordable, direct pathway for Johnson County high school students to earn college credentials and degrees in high-demand advanced manufacturing fields, helping to address local workforce needs.
The details
JC-AMP is a collaboration between Ivy Tech, local industry partners, and three area high schools. Students in the program take classes at the Ivy Tech Franklin campus while still in high school, gaining hands-on training, earning industry credentials, and building a foundation for strong career opportunities in the region.
