Stop sticks were deployed near the 39 mile-marker, deflating at least two tires, but the driver continued south at a reduced speed. The pursuit ended near the 25 mile-marker when a trooper executed a Precision Immobilization Technique, causing the vehicle to leave the roadway and stop in the median.
