RadNet, Inc., a national leader in outpatient diagnostic imaging services, has acquired the outpatient imaging assets of Northwest Radiology Network, P.C., marking the company's expansion into Indiana. The six acquired multimodality outpatient centers are located in the greater Indianapolis area, with a concentration in the growing community of Carmel. The acquisition will add approximately $18 million in annual revenue to RadNet.
