McIntosh is survived by his three children, Ricky McIntosh, Jr., Stephani Roohani, and Alyssa Carroll, as well as his siblings and other extended family members. Per his wishes, a private graveside burial will be held at Sandy Branch Cemetery in Kinmundy.
