Oak Grove Police conducted a traffic stop on a stolen vehicle on Friday night, leading to the arrest of the driver, 34-year-old Quincy Covington of West Chicago, Illinois. Covington was found to have a warrant for bond conditions and domestic battery out of Kendall, Illinois, as well as a bag of marijuana in his possession. He was charged with failure to produce an insurance card, receiving stolen property, possession of marijuana, and driving without a license.
