George W. "Bill" Bogener, a 67-year-old resident of Rio, Illinois, passed away on March 6, 2026, at the Richard Owens Hospice Home in Peoria. Bogener was a longtime trucker and farmer who owned his own businesses, G.W. Bogener Trucking and G.W. Bogener Fencing. He was known for his deep appreciation for the outdoors, love of animals, and dedication to his family and community.
