The details
Under the proposed agreement, Flix North America would pay the city $300 per month in the first year to use the common areas of the city-owned Amtrak depot, with a 3% annual increase. The city has also identified a dedicated transit transfer facility across the street from the depot as a long-term priority to improve operational efficiency and intermodal coordination.
