The man was charged with aggravated DUI and the woman was charged with child endangerment after the woman was found to have sustained a chin laceration from falling inside the restroom.

According to police, officers responded to a business on Touhy Avenue around 3:30 a.m. last Thursday after a store clerk reported seeing a man, later identified as 18-year-old Edgar Rea, exit a black Ford F-150 with an open container of alcohol and an unsecured child car seat. Inside the restroom, police found 19-year-old Allison Valencia, who had fallen and sustained a chin laceration, along with Rea and a child. Rea admitted to drinking and driving, and was arrested and charged with aggravated DUI. Valencia was charged with child endangerment.
