The U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary Flotilla 37-25 is offering an 8-hour Boat America safety class on February 21 at Water Werks Boat Sales in Country Club Hills, Illinois. The class is required for anyone born after January 1, 1998 who operates a power boat with a motor more than 10HP. The class covers boat types, safety gear, navigation rules, federal and state laws, emergency procedures, and safe operation.
