Bar Bambi's cocktail menu features standouts like the Repeat Offender, a lightly carbonated mix of gin, Campari, apricot, tonka bean, and jasmine, as well as the Three Decibel Rule, the bar's take on a clarified martini with lychee, yellow bell pepper, Cocchi Americano, and crème fraîche-washed vodka. The food menu complements the drinks, with offerings like salmon crudo with nước chấm and toasted rice, and crispy french fries topped with Kombu salt and served with an herby oil garlic mayo sauce.
