Mary L. Barkas, a 77-year-old resident of East Wareham, Massachusetts, passed away on March 1, 2026 at her home. She was the wife of the late Theodore A. Barkas, Sr. and the daughter of the late George H. and Mary E. (Collings) Hamblin. Barkas was born in Boston and attended Boston Public Schools. She is survived by her three daughters, seven grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren.
