The Chicago City Council has approved a new residential development proposed by CorEtt Builders Corp at 2934 W. Irving Park Road. The 3-story, 3-unit rental building will replace an existing 2-story structure on the northwest corner of W. Irving Park and N. Richmond Street.

The details
