The Second Story Foundation has launched the First Furrow Fund, a new initiative to provide paid, short-term employment for men completing residential substance use disorder treatment and entering recovery housing. Participants will work on the organization's 68-acre Second Story Ranch, with responsibilities including basic horse care, landscaping, maintenance, and other tasks to help rebuild work habits and confidence as they transition into recovery housing.
