A 19-year-old man has been charged with attempted murder after a shooting last November at a Jewel Osco grocery store in Chicago's Bronzeville neighborhood. Elijah Theodore of Washington Park was arrested in Phoenix and extradited back to Chicago, where he was charged with first-degree attempted murder for allegedly shooting a 46-year-old male security guard during a robbery attempt.
