Product Ventures Holdings (PVH) has announced the official launch of WovenWorks™, the new unified brand identity for the company previously known as PV&COHO (Product Ventures & COHO Creative). The rebrand marks the culmination of a multiyear transformation following the acquisition of Product Ventures by Sean Bisceglia and his investors in July 2024, and the subsequent acquisition of COHO Creative in March 2025.

Why it matters

The merger of Product Ventures and COHO Creative brings together two highly complementary organizations, combining Product Ventures' expertise in industrial design, engineering, packaging structure, prototyping, and consumer learning with COHO Creative's strengths in brand strategy, design, and visual identity. The new WovenWorks™ brand represents the company's mission to elevate the consumer experience by uniting every strand of the packaging journey into a continuous, collaborative thread.

The details

As WovenWorks™, the integrated organization is purpose-built to reshape how brand packaging is created, experienced, and brought to market. Unlike traditional agencies that hand off work between siloed teams, WovenWorks™ integrates insights, strategy, structure, graphics, engineering, testing, and production, all under one roof. This approach eliminates inefficiencies, accelerates speed to market, and strengthens brand impact across every touchpoint.
