Kaskaskia College Sweeps First Games on New Bill Hawley Court

Both the men's and women's basketball teams came away with wins in the inaugural games on the new court.

Kaskaskia College officially opened their new gymnasium and hosted the first games on the new Bill Hawley Court on Saturday. The KC men's team defeated the #2 ranked Vincennes Trailblazers 86-74, handing them just their second loss of the season. The KC women's team also won, defeating Spoon River 60-33. The men's team was led by Myles Liddell with 24 points, Jerrod Mackey with 20 points, and Allen Myers with 17 points and 8 rebounds.
