The city of Carbondale, Illinois recently held a 'Share the Love City Wide Food Drive' that collected a total of 1,017 donated items. The donations will be divided equally between the Good Samaritan House Food Pantry, the Bethel AME 'Feed My Sheep' Community Kitchen, and the Southern Illinois University Food Pantry.
