The Idaho Transportation Department is asking for public input on proposed improvements to U.S. Highway 95 in the Palouse region. A public open house is set for March 26 from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Best Western Plus University Inn in Moscow, where updated transportation concepts for the corridor between Snow Road and the Latah/Benewah County line will be presented.
