Former U.S. Ambassador to Kosovo Jeff Hovenier will speak about U.S.–Europe relations during a public lecture at the University of Idaho next week. Hovenier will deliver the annual Martin Forum address at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 4, in the Bruce M. Pitman Center International Ballroom. The event is free and open to the public.

Hovenier served as U.S. ambassador to Kosovo from 2022 to 2024 and has more than 34 years of experience in the U.S. Foreign Service. He is currently a nonresident senior fellow at the Atlantic Council's Europe Center.
