Lewis-Clark State College in Lewiston, Idaho will be hosting its 39th annual Native American Awareness Week from March 10-20, 2026. The event will feature a variety of cultural activities and educational presentations under the theme 'Reflections of Culture & Environment', which examines the connection between tribal culture and the natural environment.

On March 18, LC State Nez Perce language students will offer short lessons and storytelling. A Friendship Dinner with student acknowledgements and a Lifetime Achievement Award is scheduled for March 19, followed by the Simíinekem Wewéexòp Páaxòam powwow and scholarship raffle on March 20.
