A WorkSmart Hospitality and Culinary Arts apprenticeship student in Pella, Iowa is hosting an Italian dinner on March 27th to showcase the skills he has developed over the past year. Cadyn Rollings will be serving a buffet of Italian favorites at the Maytag Student Center at Central College as the culminating project of his apprenticeship program.
