The group tasked with representing the Pella community ahead of the annual Tulip Time festival is nearly ready to debut to the public. Tulip Queen Kenzie Kanis and her Royal Court, including Riley Braafhart, Addie Van Arendonk, Abbie Brand, and Lexi Terpstra, will make their first public appearance on March 24th at the Pella Opera House.
