The Newton boys basketball team secured a 53-50 overtime win over Oskaloosa, while the Newton girls won 47-35. The Newton boys led for most of the game but Oskaloosa tied it late to force overtime. The Newton girls jumped out to an early lead and were led by 18 points each from Tori White and Addyson Cibula.
