The Keokuk Police Department has made two arrests in connection with a vehicle vandalism incident involving gunfire earlier this month in Keokuk, Iowa. Police say the investigation began on March 1 around 5:53 a.m. when officers responded to a report of suspected vandalism. The victim reported hearing what sounded like a firework and later discovered a vehicle window had been struck by what appeared to be a bullet.
