Fire Chief Scott Eisentrager also presented a proposal from the Fire Fighter's Association to purchase a Quick Attack fire truck, which the council directed staff to review further in a future workshop. The council also discussed a property rehabilitation program for 408 Park Avenue, approving a resolution to tentatively sell the property, and scheduled a public hearing on the sale for the next regular council meeting on March 16th. Another public hearing was set for March 16th on the status of a Community Development Block Grant for the Princess Cafe upper story housing project.
