Reece Rettig, one of the top high school quarterbacks in Iowa, has committed to continue his football career at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse. Rettig led Iowa City Liberty High School to the Class 5A state championship game last season, where they fell to powerhouse Dowling Catholic.
