The No. 12 in Class 3A Mid-Prairie Golden Hawk girls basketball team defeated the visiting No. 8 Iowa City Regals 55-54 in a back-and-forth game that saw the Hawks build a big lead, only for the Regals to mount a furious fourth-quarter comeback before Mid-Prairie senior Katelyn Harland hit the game-winning shot in the final seconds.
