A 48-year-old Coralville woman, Tosha Arthur, has been charged with two counts of third-degree theft after allegedly stealing a $159 Ninja pressure cooker from a local Walmart in November and then stealing three bottles of tequila worth nearly $330 from a HyVee Wine and Spirits store in December. Arthur has two previous theft convictions from November.

Then on December 23rd, she was reportedly seen on surveillance video entering the HyVee Wine and Spirits on Crosspark Road, selecting three bottles of Casa Amigos Tequila valued at nearly $330, hiding them in her coat, and leaving without attempting to pay.
