Paton-Churdan senior Phoenix Hartman has been named to the Rolling Valley Activities Conference (RVAC) boys' basketball Academic All-Conference Team. To qualify, Hartman maintained at least a 3.50 grade point average on a 4.0 scale while also playing varsity basketball for the Rockets.
