The Clarksville girls basketball team will travel to Newman Catholic for a Class 1A Region 2 quarterfinal on Tuesday. Both teams finished runner-up in their respective conferences, with Clarksville coming out of the Iowa Star North and Newman Catholic from the Top of Iowa East. Clarksville is led by Paige Kampman and Hannah Wangsness, while Newman Catholic is paced by Sami Kruckenberg.
