Marriott International has assumed management of The Resort at Kapalua Bay on Maui's northwest coast, and the property will undergo renovations before joining the St. Regis portfolio in 2027. The 146-unit resort spans 25 oceanfront acres and features multiple outdoor pools, a large spa, and extensive event space.

The Resort at Kapalua Bay, formerly a Montage resort, will remain open during the renovation process. The property features 146 multi-bedroom units ranging from 1,774 to 4,050 square feet, multiple outdoor pools, a 40,000-square-foot spa with 19 treatment rooms, and 33,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor event space.
