VSU Offers Free AI for Beginners Workshop

Lunch & Learn event aims to demystify artificial intelligence technology.

Valdosta State University will host a free Lunch & Learn: AI for Beginners workshop on March 26 to introduce the general public to the basics of artificial intelligence. The event, open to anyone interested in learning more about AI, will feature a presentation by Dr. Ahana Roy Choudhury, assistant professor of computer science, followed by a Q&A session.

The AI for Beginners workshop is the first of a two-part Lunch & Learn series hosted by VSU's Department of Computer Science and Engineering Technology. The event will take place in the Student Union Ballroom B, with lunch starting at noon and the presentation running from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. Space is limited, and attendees are encouraged to register in advance.
