Connie is survived by her daughter, Kimberly Rutledge, and son-in-law, Jimmy Ney; her three grandchildren, Tristan Rutledge, Alaina Ney, and Aeson Ney; her sister, Lois, and brother-in-law, Mike O'Connor; her sister-in-law, Susan Glenn; and several nieces and nephews.
