Aria Care Partners, a provider of dental, vision, audiology and podiatry services to skilled nursing facilities, has acquired Sanford Dental, Sanford Vision and Dynamic Mobile Dentistry, collectively known as Sanford. Sanford delivers onsite dental and vision care to approximately 200 skilled nursing facilities across Georgia and Alabama and also offers dental insurance plans for residents. The acquisition expands Aria Care Partners' presence in the Southeast and supports the company's broader growth strategy.

The details
