The Atlanta Braves have introduced a new 7-inch, 2-pound specialty burger called 'The Bat Flip' that is available at Truist Park this MLB season. The burger features a towering stack of seasoned beef, braised short rib, crispy pork belly, and a fried egg, topped with lettuce, tomato, fried onions, jalapeños, cheese, and chipotle aioli.
Why it matters
The Bat Flip is the latest over-the-top food creation from the Braves, following last year's $100 Home Run Stack sandwich, as the team aims to continually one-up themselves in providing unique and indulgent dining experiences for fans at Truist Park.
The details
The Bat Flip burger was created by Truist Park Executive Chef Jaco Dreyer, who said the team wanted to outdo last year's Home Run Stack specialty sandwich. The massive burger is designed to be a shareable item, with Dreyer estimating they could sell between 50-70 per game.
- The Bat Flip burger debuted at the start of the 2026 MLB season.
